Proposals that involve the purchase of large scale information technology products, especially those with potential to impact the information technology infrastructure or other System units, including centralized staff and resources, must be reviewed by the Information Technology Council (ITC).

Further information can be obtained from Information Technology Council.  The IT Council is responsible for reviewing and approving large-scale technology purchases and those technology purchases which impact multiple system units.
