Category of Costs that do not fit elsewhere
This category includes costs that do not fit elsewhere, e.g., publication charges, duplication costs, subject fees, long distance phone calls, FAX charges, computer time for data analysis, equipment rental, photocopying, etc. Maintenance contracts are generally only allowed for equipment purchased as part of the project.Specify the cost of each item and why it is needed for budget justification. If possible, minimize the use of this category unless budget guidelines call for its use.
